Fall Highlights 2-Children’s Learning and Play Festival

On Saturday September 9, Hirsch took 40 students and 20 adults to attend the “Children’s Learning and Play Festival” at Westworld, enabling students to participate in STEM activities including building legos and larger foam structures! They also were able to see and touch live animals, watch magic tricks and Mexican dancing and listen to local authors read from their books. They were even able to get on Police motorcycles, squad cars and fire trucks from the City of Scottsdale! Students could also play on various inflatable slides and obstacle courses, while taking a break for lunch with pizza! It was a great day where they could learn while truly having fun!
